Adopt Marsas

Mixed Breed · Male

ADOPTABLE 9-month-old kitten Marsas 🙂 A white kitten with black "tuxedo" markings and a black tail 🙂 He runs happily, cuddles affectionately and lazily lies on the bed - you just want to stroke his little belly, pet his soft fur and smile while watching his fun games 🙂 Marsas is a cheerful kitten, always joins the company, and when you tickle his chin, his eyes close in delight 🙂 He plays so nicely with feathers, is interested in rolling balls, that time passes unnoticed while watching 🙂 He taps his paws around the room, stretches, and begs friends to play, he will be a wonderful and cheerful companion 🙂 Marsas is neutered, vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. He will be very happy finding a loving person who will receive his full of love heart 🙂 We caught Mars on Taikos street while carrying out the adult cats' PSP program. The kitten was in a trap and made our hearts flutter with his big eyes. With your help, he won a lucky ticket to a different life and is very much looking forward to loving owners and cozy homes 🙂 Would you like to adopt me?

About Marsas

What life with Marsas looks like

Marsas is a adult mixed breed cat waiting at Vysniu sodas in Vilnius.

An adult cat usually shows their personality within a week. Give them a quiet room with everything they need (food, water, litter, hiding spot) and let them choose when to explore. Don't force interaction — every cat decides for themselves when a new home counts as home.

🇱🇹Adopting from Lithuania

The shelter typically completes the animal's vaccinations, microchipping, and pet passport before adoption. Specific fees and process details vary by shelter and country — confirm directly via the contact details in the sidebar.

Frequently asked

Adopting Marsas, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Marsas?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Vysniu sodas handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Marsas on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Marsas if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Vysniu sodas will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Marsas already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Marsas isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Vysniu sodas early rather than rehoming privately; they know Marsas and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (LT). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
