Beaten before coming to us, he has learned to distrust humans and currently keeps a certain reserve around strangers. He does not like being touched when he does not know someone and needs people to respect his space and pace. Max also shows a preference for women, with whom he generally feels more comfortable quickly. But behind this wariness lies a deeply sensitive and affectionate dog. Once he grants his trust, the bond becomes sincere and precious. With Max, everything is built through patience, calmness, and respect. Female dogs are okay, and a balanced canine presence could even be very beneficial for him. Max is neutered. The shelter is difficult for him, and we would love for him to finally discover a different life, far from fear and distrust. He does not need someone perfect. Just someone capable of giving him the time to believe again. ✨

Battu avant son arrivée chez nous, il a appris à se méfier de l’humain et garde aujourd’hui une certaine réserve face aux inconnus. 🖤 Il n’aime pas être touché lorsqu’il ne connaît pas et a besoin qu’on respecte son espace et son rythme. Max montre également une préférence pour les femmes, avec lesquelles il se sent généralement plus vite en confiance. Mais derrière cette méfiance se cache un chien profondément sensible et attachant. Une fois qu’il accorde sa confiance, le lien devient sincère et précieux. Avec Max, tout se construit dans la patience, le calme et le respect. Les femelles canines sont ok et une présence canine équilibrée pourrait même lui faire beaucoup de bien. Max est castré. Le refuge devient difficile pour lui, et nous aimerions tellement qu’il puisse enfin découvrir une vie différente, loin de la peur et de la méfiance. Il ne lui faut pas quelqu’un de parfait. Juste quelqu’un capable de lui laisser le temps d’y croire à nouveau. ✨
