Hello, I am Max, I am still unsure and can still become panicky. Tractors, crowds of people, and loud noises still scare me a lot. It is important that you are familiar with this so you can be there for me in these situations. Now, I thoroughly enjoy my daily cuddles and I love to initiate them, especially on your lap :D I am still very skeptical of strangers, but that is okay as long as you take responsibility for that. I have never really learned to play or have toys scare me more than they spark my playfulness. You should know this before you throw the ball in front of my feet :). I would love to move into a quiet home where I can spend a lot of time with my human parents. Of course, my daily walks are a must, as I do need a bit of exercise. I still find car rides nauseating, but we should train that with me over time. Unfortunately, I have a hypothyroid condition that needs to be medically treated. But I handle the medication well, and it doesn’t cost the world. I hope this doesn’t deter you too much and that you still give me a chance. Come and meet me at my foster home, and maybe we will be a perfect match.

Hallo, ich bin der Max, ich bin noch unsicher und kann immer noch panisch werden. So machen mir Traktoren, Menschenmassen und laute Geräusche noch große Angst. Da ist es wichtig, dass Du dich damit auskennst, um in diesen Situationen für mich da zu sein. Mittlerweile genieße ich meine täglichen Streicheleinheiten und fordere diese auch ein, am liebsten auf Eurem Schoß :) Fremden gegenüber bin ich nach wie vor sehr skeptisch. Das ist aber ok, solange Du dafür die Verantwortung trägst. Toben oder spielen habe ich leider nie richtig kennen gelernt, Spielzeuge machen mir auch eher Angst, als dass diese meinen Spieltrieb wecken. Das solltest Du am besten wissen, bevor Du mir den Ball vor die Füße schmeißt :) Am liebsten würde ich in ein ruhiges Zuhause ziehen, in dem ich viel Zeit mit meinem Herrchen und Frauchen verbringen kann. Meine täglichen Gassirunden sollten dabei natürlich nicht zu kurz kommen, denn ein bisschen Auslauf brauche ich dann doch. Autofahren finde ich noch sprichwörtlich zum Kotzen, das müsste man nach und nach mit mir trainieren. Leider habe ich eine Schilddrüsenunterfunktion, die natürlich medikamentös behandelt werden muss. Das mache ich aber super mit und die Medikamente kosten jetzt auch nicht die Welt. Ich hoffe, das schreckt Euch nicht zu sehr ab und Ihr gebt mir trotzdem eine Chance. Macht doch mal einen Termin bei meinen Pflegern aus und lernt mich kennen, vielleicht passt es ja zwischen uns. Bis dahin, Euer Max
