Mavroula is looking for her home ❤️🐾 🐾❤️ Mavroula... A sweet, tender, beautiful creature found in Pallini and here for about 7 months is locked in a room. 😔 Seven months... in four walls. 🥺 And every time we open the door to go out, she runs up and down like a tornado! 🐕💨 She is a very human-centered little dog 🥰, sweet, tender, affectionate and full of love. ❤️ She is a creature that wants contact, wants a human, wants to go out, walk, run, play and finally become a dog that lives normally. 🐾🌳 She is not large, but she is strong and lively 💪🐕 and that's why we are looking for a person who has the desire and energy to deal with her. To take her for walks 🚶‍♀️🐾, to walk her, to run with her, to give her activity and most importantly... to give her life! ❤️ Terrible gossip..🥴 🚫 Will not be given to elderly people, because Mavroula needs a person who can respond to her strength and liveliness. ✅ Vaccinated ✅ Chip ✅ Healthiest ✅ Blood tests have been done ✅ Will be sterilized in the coming days 🩷 And the most important thing? ❤️ She has a wonderful character and so much love to give. The shelter no longer has space. 😔 We have nowhere to take her. So a room has become a big cage for her... and it really doesn't deserve it. 💔 It's a shame. It's a sin to see such a sweet and lively creature waiting for months behind a door. 🥺🐾 🙏 Please give Mavroula a chance. 🙏 Share it. 🙏 Talk about her. 🙏 Maybe a person who is looking for exactly this creature is somewhere out there and just hasn't learned yet that it exists. ❤️ Mavroula doesn't ask for much... A home 🏡 A person ❤️ Walks 🐾 Run 💨 Caresses 🥰 And the opportunity to finally learn what it's like to be truly free. 🌿☀️🐕❤️ 📍 Pallini Attica 📩 For information and interest in adoption, send us a message. DON'T LET HER WAIT ANOTHER MONTH. 🥺❤️🐾 What's up 6971703944 Viber 6971703944

🥺❤️🐾 What's up 6971703944 Viber 6971703944

About Mayroyla (Μαυρουλα)

What life with Mayroyla (Μαυρουλα) looks like

Mayroyla (Μαυρουλα) is a medium-sized puppy mixed breed dog waiting at Dogs Voice in Athens.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇬🇷Adopting from Greece

Greek shelters often partner with Northern European rescue groups for placements. Animals are sterilized, vaccinated, and chipped before adoption. Fees vary widely depending on whether the shelter is municipal or NGO-run.

Frequently asked

Adopting Mayroyla (Μαυρουλα), answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Mayroyla (Μαυρουλα)?: Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Dogs Voice handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Mayroyla (Μαυρουλα) on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Mayroyla (Μαυρουλα) if I live in another country?: Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Dogs Voice will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Transport is usually a separate cost, so ask for the exact figure before you commit.
Is Mayroyla (Μαυρουλα) already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?: Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Mayroyla (Μαυρουλα) isn't the right fit?: Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Dogs Voice early rather than rehoming privately; they know Mayroyla (Μαυρουλα) and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?: TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EL). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
