Mecano a passé de nombreuses années dans la rue, pour le moment il n'apprécie pas du tout la compagnie de l'humain mais avec du temps et de la patience nous pensons qu'il s'apaisera. Il devra vivre idéalement en maison sans accès extérieur. Il pourra vivre avec d'autres chats.
