Aš Kenzis. Senjoras katinas, netekęs ne tik namų, bet ir žmogaus, kurį mylėjau visą savo gyvenimą. Tačiau vieną dieną mano žmogus išvyko į slaugos namus, o aš atsidūriau prieglaudoje. Ilgai laukiau, kad jis sugrįš manęs pasiimti. Laukiau dieną, kitą, dar kitą… Bet jis taip ir neatėjo. Prieglaudoje jau po truputį apsiprantu, bet senatvėje labai sunku netekti visko, kas buvo pažįstama ir brangu. Ypač kai lieki vienas. Esu didelis meškinas, ramus ir geras katinas. Man nereikia daug. Tik savo kampelio, minkšto guolio, rankų, kurios paglostytų, ir žmogaus, kurį galėčiau mylėti.
