VETERINARY CARE AND HEALTH: Vaccinated and castrated. Suffers from emphysema, arthritis, and a damaged tendon. REASON FOR REMOVAL OR ASSUMPTION OF CARE: Malnutrition and lack of care. Removed due to neglect and malnutrition. Very thin, he was also infested with lice. TEMPERAMENT: Melckar is a very calm poney who needs serenity. Close to humans, he is absolutely not dominant.
