Mentos is looking for his safe haven! This cheerful and incredibly sensitive dog came into our care on May 25th of this year. Mentos is about 8 years old and weighs around 21 kg. He’s a dog of ideal, medium size—just right for joint hikes and cuddles! Although his beginnings at the shelter were difficult, and he felt deeply frightened by his new surroundings, his big heart quickly took over. Despite his initial stress, Mentos trusted his caregivers unconditionally from day one. He’s a dog who absolutely craves human companionship and seeks connection at every turn. He has an adorable habit—he loves to offer his paws to his caregiver! It’s his own endearing way of saying: “I’m here, notice me, stay with me.” Mentos can keep his kennel clean, which is a clear sign that he’ll quickly adapt to the rules of life in a home or apartment! Going beyond the shelter enclosure brings him pure joy! He’s very eager to go for walks and walks nicely and calmly on a leash. Taking a stroll with him is pure pleasure. In interactions with other dogs, he’s selective—he gets along well with certain canine companions. We don’t know how he’d react to having cats around. For Mentos, we’re looking for a family that will appreciate his maturity, calm demeanor, and immense need for love. Mentos would be perfectly suited to live alongside people who are seeking a loyal, balanced companion for spending time together—whether on the couch or on forest trails. He’s neutered, dewormed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Mentos szuka swojej bezpiecznej przystani! To radosny i niezwykle czuły psiak, który trafił pod naszą opiekę 25 maja tego roku. Mentos ma około 8 lat i waży ok. 21 kg. To pies o idealnych, średnich gabarytach - w sam raz na wspólne wędrówki i do przytulania! Choć początki w schronisku były dla niego trudne i czuł się mocno przestraszony nowym otoczeniem, to jego wielkie serce szybko wzięło górę. Mentos mimo początkowego stresu, od samego początku bezgranicznie zaufał opiekunom. To pies, który niesamowicie pragnie bliskości człowieka i szuka kontaktu na każdym kroku. Ma przeuroczy nawyk - uwielbia podawać łapki swojemu opiekunowi! To jego własny, rozczulający sposób na powiedzenie: Jestem tu, zauważ mnie, zostań ze mną. Mentos potrafi zachować czystość w swoim kojcu, co jest jasnym sygnałem, że bardzo szybko przypomni sobie zasady panujące w domu lub mieszkaniu! Wyjścia poza schroniskowy boks to dla niego czysta radość! Bardzo chętnie wybiera się na spacery i chodzi na smyczy po prostu pięknie i spokojnie. Przechadzki z nim to czysta przyjemność. W kontaktach z innymi psami jest selektywny - dogaduje się z wybranymi psiakami. Nie znamy jego reakcji na kocie towarzystwo. Dla Mentosa szukamy rodziny, która doceni jego dojrzałość, spokój i ogromną potrzebę miłości. Mentos idealnie odnajdzie się u boku osób, które szukają wiernego, zrównoważonego przyjaciela do wspólnego spędzania czasu - zarówno na kanapie, jak i na leśnych ścieżkach. Jest wykastrowany, odrobaczony, zaszczepiony i zaczipowany.
