Naša ljepotica Merle nije samo jedinstvena po svom izgledu, već sjaji i svojim karakterom. Merle je vrlo inteligentna kujica koja voli ljude preko svega i vrlo brzo uči. Voljela bi naučiti puno više, no nažalost to u skloništu nije moguće. Zato za nju tražimo ljude koji će joj dan ispuniti fizičkim i mentalnim zadacima. Potrebno joj je puno vježbanja i bila bi oduševljena pratiteljica sportskih aktivnosti poput biciklizma ili trčanja, igre sa loptom ili igre traženja. Obzirom da se radi o pasmini koja je instinktivno sklona fizičkoj aktivnosti, za nju tražimo dom koji je zaštićen od bijega sa sigurnom ogradom.
