Our beautiful Maine Coon mix, Merlin, is looking for people who can give him the time and patience he needs to finally feel at home. He’s very sensitive, but once he’s gained your trust, he absolutely loves getting cuddles and affection. Merlin isn’t the type of cat who’ll immediately jump onto your lap, but once the ice is broken, he becomes a lovable, cuddly little treasure who craves attention. He finds playing with feather wands or balls downright spooky—probably because of the hand movements involved. On the other hand, he absolutely loves romping around with his feline buddy at the foster home and dashing all over the place. Since he’s very social, his new home should definitely have another cat that’s not overly dominant. A friendly, relaxed group of cats would also be perfect for him. Merlin is a little adventurer and absolutely needs outdoor access; otherwise, he’ll become unhappy.

Unser wunderschöner Maine-Coone Mix Merlin sucht Menschen, die ihm Zeit und Geduld geben um endlich anzukommen. Er ist sehr sensibel, wenn er aber einmal Vertrauen gefasst hat, liebt er es seine Streicheleinheiten zu bekommen. Merlin ist kein Kater, der einem sofort auf den Schoß springt, aber wenn das Eis gebrochen ist, ist er ein schmusebedürftiger, lieber Schatz. Das Spielen mit der Spielangel oder Bällen findet er gruselig. Wahrscheinlich wegen der Handbewegungen. Dafür tobt er unheimlich gerne mit seinem Katzenkumpel auf der Pflegestelle und flitzt durch die ganze Bude. Weil er sehr sozial ist, sollte in seinem neuen Zuhause unbedingt eine nicht zu dominante Katze vorhanden sein. Eine liebe und gechillte Katzengruppe sollte ebenfalls kein Problem sein. Merlin ist ein kleiner Abenteurer und benötigt unbedingt Freigang. Sonst ist er unglücklich.
