Merlin could have been around three months old when he arrived at our shelter. He was still a small kitten then. Merlina was not adopted because black cats are often not well-liked by people. So Merlin grew up without much human contact, becoming a handsome male cat. Unfortunately, the lack of significant human interaction has led to him not seeking out contact with people. Merlin does not react with immediate flight but also does not want to be petted. Could he have a chance at a home? He knows how to use a litter box and a scratching post.
