Mia was surrendered by her owner to the Triple A animal shelter. The little mouse took this very hard and needed a long time to adjust to the new and unfamiliar situation. Naturally, this has left its marks, and so Mia is still wary and cannot yet fully trust humans—even though we can now touch and pet her. Mia is vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, and has tested negative for FIV and FeLV. She also doesn’t get along particularly well with other cats. She prefers to be on her own and doesn’t want to share her humans. Mia desperately wishes for her very own cat-experienced family, loving hands that will pet and cuddle her, and her own cozy dog bed or sofa spot. Her new home should be quiet, without small children, and with understanding people who are prepared to give Mia all the time she needs to build trust with her trusted people. We are absolutely convinced, however, that Mia will eventually thaw out and become a loyal companion for life. It would also be wonderful if her new home had a secured balcony, so Mia could enjoy the fresh air blowing around her nose. Mia wurde von ihrem Besitzer im Triple A Tierheim abgegeben. Die kleine Maus hat das überhaupt nicht gut verkraftet und hat lange gebraucht, mit der neuen und ihr unbekannten Situation zurecht zu kommen. Das hat natürlich Spuren hinterlassen und daher ist Mia immer noch misstrauisch und kann uns Menschen noch nicht so richtig vertrauen, obwohl wir sie mittlerweile auch schon anfassen und streicheln können. Mia ist geimpft, gechipt, kastriert und negativ auf FIV und FELV getestet. Auch mit den anderen Katzen versteht sich Mia nicht allzu gut. Sie ist lieber für sich und möchte ihre Menschen nicht teilen. Mia wünscht sich so sehr eine eigene katzenerfahrene Familie, liebende und kraulende Hände und ein eigenes kuscheliges Körbchen oder Sofaplatz. Ihr neues Zuhause sollte eher ruhig sein, ohne kleine Kinder und mit verständnisvollen Menschen, die auch damit leben könnten, dass Mia noch viel Zeit brauchen wird, um ihren Bezugspersonen zu vertrauen. Wir sind aber ganz fest davon überzeugt, dass Mia auftauen wird und dann zu einer treuen Freundin fürs Leben werden wird. Toll wäre es auch, wenn im neuen Zuhause ein gesicherter Balkon vorhanden wäre, damit Mia sich die frische Luft um die Nase wehen lassen kann.
