Mixed-breed Mia - a gentle soul seeks her safe haven Mia came to the shelter in August 2026. Previously, she lived in a foster family with other dogs, but unfortunately, she couldn't stay there any longer. Now, the approximately three-and-a-half-year-old female dog is waiting to start a sheltered life again. Mia is a very loving, affectionate, and sensitive dog who likes adults and children. She gets along well with other dogs, and a friendly, confident canine companion by her side would certainly help her gain even more confidence. Outside her familiar environment, Mia can quickly become overwhelmed. Too much commotion, hustle and bustle, or unfamiliar situations make her nervous. That's why we wish for her a quiet home with patient and empathetic people who give her time and let her become more confident step by step. As a shelter dog, Mia naturally brings her little backpack with her. Experience with sensitive or insecure dogs would therefore be nice. She needs people who don't have high expectations of her, but let her arrive at her own pace and take her gently by the paw. For Mia, we are looking for a loving foster home or, of course, even more preferably her forever home, where she can finally arrive and stay. Who opens their heart and maybe also their door for Mia? Mischling Mia – eine sanfte Seele sucht ihren sicheren Hafen Mia kam im August 2026 ins Tierheim. Zuvor lebte sie in einer Pflegefamilie gemeinsam mit anderen Hunden, konnte dort aber leider nicht länger bleiben. Nun wartet die etwa dreieinhalbjährige Hündin darauf, wieder in ein behütetes Hundeleben starten zu dürfen. Mia ist eine sehr liebe, anhängliche und sensible Hündin, die Erwachsene und auch Kinder gerne mag. Mit anderen Hunden versteht sie sich gut und ein freundlicher, souveräner Hundekumpel an ihrer Seite würde ihr sicherlich helfen, noch mehr Sicherheit zu gewinnen. Außerhalb ihres vertrauten Umfeldes kann Mia schnell überfordert sein. Viel Trubel, Hektik oder unbekannte Situationen machen sie nervös. Deshalb wünschen wir uns für sie ein ruhiges Zuhause bei geduldigen und einfühlsamen Menschen, die ihr Zeit geben und sie Schritt für Schritt sicherer werden lassen. Als Tierschutzhündin bringt Mia natürlich auch ihren kleinen Rucksack mit. Erfahrung mit sensiblen oder unsicheren Hunden wäre daher schön. Sie braucht Menschen, die keine großen Erwartungen an sie stellen, sondern sie in ihrem eigenen Tempo ankommen lassen und liebevoll an die Pfote nehmen. Für Mia suchen wir eine liebevolle Pflegestelle oder natürlich noch viel lieber ihr Für-immer-Zuhause, in dem sie endlich ankommen und bleiben darf.
