Miez had to return to us after nine years unfortunately. Due to changed personal circumstances she couldn't stay in her previous home 💔 The current situation is very difficult for her. Losing her familiar home and finding herself again in the stressful animal shelter life isn't easy for her. Initially, her distrust of humans was great and she kept us consistently at a distance. Miez is slowly thawing now. She shows herself already much more relaxed especially during meal times. She decides when to allow closeness and be stroked and when not. People who can read and understand cats are being sought. People who give her the time, patience and understanding she needs without setting expectations for her. The most important thing is to give her the opportunity to rebuild trust at her own pace. A quiet home in pure apartment keeping with secured balcony or secured outdoor access would be ideal for her. Other animals or children shouldn't live there. Who gives Miez a chance to open her heart again and show her that a home can be forever? ❤️‍🩹

Miez musste nach neun Jahren leider wieder zu uns zurückkehren. Aufgrund veränderter privater Lebensumstände konnte sie nicht in ihrem bisherigen Zuhause bleiben 💔 Die aktuellen Umstände machen ihr sehr zu schaffen. Ihr vertrautes Zuhause zu verlieren und sich im stressigen Tierheimalltag wiederzufinden, ist für sie nicht leicht. Anfangs war ihr Misstrauen gegenüber uns Menschen groß und sie hielt uns konsequent auf Abstand. Mittlerweile taut Miez langsam auf. Besonders zu den Essenszeiten zeigt sie sich schon deutlich entspannter. Sie entscheidet selbst, wann sie Nähe zulassen und gestreichelt werden möchte und wann eben nicht. Gesucht werden Menschen, die Katzen lesen und verstehen können. Menschen, die ihr die Zeit, Geduld und das Verständnis schenken, das sie braucht, ohne Erwartungen an sie zu stellen. Das Wichtigste ist, ihr die Möglichkeit zu geben, in ihrem eigenen Tempo wieder Vertrauen aufzubauen. Ein ruhiges Zuhause in reiner Wohnungshaltung mit gesichertem Balkon oder gesichertem Freigang wäre für sie ideal. Andere Tiere oder Kinder sollten dort nicht leben. Wer schenkt Miez die Chance, ihr Herz noch einmal zu öffnen und ihr zu zeigen, dass ein Zuhause für immer sein kann? ❤️‍🩹
