Mikesch had to leave his home when Mikesch went into foster care. The neighborhood had taken care of him for a while, but now that the house is also being sold, it's time for the old tomcat to move on. Mikesch is approximately 15 years old, though the exact age is unknown, and Mikesch can no longer say. He took Mikesch in years ago, and Mikesch, who also listens to Moritz, had a wonderful life lounging on the couch and endless excursions through the Eifel. Mikesch is very self-assured and still a bit reserved when it comes to making contact.

Mikesch musste sein Zuhause verlassen da Herrchen ins Pflegeheim kam. Die Nachbarschaft hat sich noch einige Zeit um ihn gekümmert, aber da das Haus nun auch verkauft wird, wurde es Zeit für den Oldie das Feld zu räumen. Der Kater ist ca 15 Jahre alt, genau weiß man es nicht und Herrchen kann dazu nichts mehr sagen. Er hat ihn vor Jahren übernommen und Mikesch, der auch auf Moritz hört, hatte ein tolles Leben mit Fernsehabenden auf der Couch und endlosen Streifzügen durch die Eifel.
