And she can potentially be rehomed to a dog friendly cat. Minnie is one of the dogs for whom we rent kennels; we also cover all veterinary costs, as we don’t have our own facilities. Minnie was being left for long periods of time without anyone to care for her … it was reported to the RSPCA that she had been abandoned – the Inspector had to put food through the letterbox. The owner turned up when the Inspector returned. However, the owner was really quite poorly and disabled, her condition deteriorating, she couldn’t easily gain access to the property and was really struggling with caring for Minnie, so she signed Minnie over for rehoming.
