Meet Mirka! Mirka arrived at our shelter from Podlasie with her son Vincent. We don't know the full story of her past. All we can do is speculate, looking at the scars on her face. We don't know if they are a result of fighting for survival, clashes with other dogs, or perhaps the consequences of experiences no dog should ever have to go through. However, Mirka doesn't dwell on the past. She looks forward. And in her eyes, you can still see something special - trust, hope and faith that somewhere out there, a better life is waiting for her. Today she is safe under the care of our foundation. She lovingly cares for her beloved son Vincent, while learning about the world anew herself. She gets along with the resident dog, learns the joys of walks and bravely takes her first steps on a leash. What's more, every day she makes progress and shows what a wonderful companion she can be. Mirka is a small adult female - she reaches up to your knee, so her future owner doesn't have to worry about how big she will grow. This is already her target size. Health status: She has been dewormed, vaccinated, chipped and protected against ticks. As soon as she raises her puppy and is ready to start a new chapter in her life, she will begin looking for her own home. Born in October 2024. One thing we already know - Mirka will be a wonderful friend. Calm, loyal and grateful for every kindness shown to her. Her past has left its mark on scars. But we hope that the future will only be filled with happy memories, peaceful walks and a sense of security. Mirka is waiting for her happy ending. Maybe it's at your place.

Poznaj Mirkę! Mirka przyjechała do nas z Podlasia razem ze swoim synkiem Wincentem. Nie znamy całej jej historii. Możemy się jej jedynie domyślać, patrząc na blizny znaczące jej pyszczek. Nie wiemy, czy są śladem walki o przetrwanie, starć z innymi psami, czy może skutkiem doświadczeń, których żaden pies nie powinien przeżyć. Jednak Mirka nie żyje przeszłością. Mirka patrzy przed siebie. A w jej oczach wciąż można dostrzec coś niezwykłego — zaufanie, nadzieję i wiarę w to, że gdzieś czeka na nią lepsze życie. Dziś jest już bezpieczna pod opieką fundacji. Troskliwie opiekuje się swoim ukochanym synkiem Wincentem, a jednocześnie sama uczy się świata na nowo. Dogaduje się z psią rezydentką, poznaje uroki spacerów i dzielnie stawia pierwsze kroki na smyczy. Co więcej, każdego dnia robi postępy i pokazuje, jak wspaniałą może być towarzyszką człowieka. Mirka jest dorosłą sunią niewielkich rozmiarów — sięga mniej więcej pod kolano, dlatego jej przyszły opiekun nie musi zastanawiać się, jak duża jeszcze urośnie. To już jej docelowy rozmiar. Stan zdrowia: Jest odrobaczona, zaszczepiona, zachipowana, zabezpieczona na kleszcze. Gdy tylko odchowa swojego malucha i będzie gotowa rozpocząć nowy etap życia, zacznie poszukiwania własnego domu. Urodzona w październiku 2024r. Już dziś wiemy jedno — z Mirki będzie cudowna przyjaciółka. Spokojna, wierna i wdzięczna za każdą okazaną jej dobroć. Jej przeszłość zapisała się w bliznach. Mamy jednak nadzieję, że przyszłość zapisze się już wyłącznie w szczęśliwych wspomnieniach, spokojnych spacerach i poczuciu bezpieczeństwa. Mirka czeka na swój happy end. Być może właśnie u Ciebie.
