Morrie (IN THE UK IN ESSEX) Non disabled greyhound, seeking an adopter

Greyhound · Male · Adult · 7 years

Morrie is an almost 7-year-old greyhound who may be small for a boy, but what he lacks in size, he certainly makes up for in personality… and his love of food! This lovely boy is happy living with dogs of all shapes and sizes. He’s a real gentleman and has fitted beautifully into foster life.🐶 Morrie loves his walks and is extremely well behaved on the lead. He also absolutely LOVES chasing a ball — and, even better, he’ll actually bring it back to you! 🎾Morrie is also a bit of a cuddle monster. 🥰 He really enjoys being close to his human and would love a home where getting up on the sofa for cuddles is very much allowed. One of his favourite things to do is when his foster dad is sitting on the floor. Morrie will simply wander over, plank himself straight across his lap, put his head on his chest and look up at him… just in case he needs reminding that it’s cuddle time! ❤️ Sadly, Morrie has recently lost two of his bed companions, who were adopted before him. While he is happy and settled, it did leave him feeling a little sad — and now it’s his turn to find the family he can finally call his own. 💔➡️❤️ The good news is that Morrie is perfectly happy being left at home alone and has no separation anxiety at all, making him a wonderfully easy-going companion. ❌ Morrie is not suitable to live with cats.🏡 What Morrie is looking for: A loving forever home where he can enjoy nice walks, play ball, share his life with other dogs and, most importantly, have a comfy sofa where he can snuggle up beside his human. He’s waited long enough. Could you be the person who gives this gorgeous boy his forever sofa? 🥹❤️📩 If you think Morrie could be the perfect addition to your family, please get in touch to find out more about him and the adoption process. Morrie is ready for his happy ending. ❤️🐾 We would also consider a short foster to adopt to find the right home.

What happens if Morrie (IN THE UK IN ESSEX) Non disabled greyhound, seeking an adopter isn't the right fit?

Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
