We received an alarm about a cat that had been coming and going at a woman's home, sneaking in for food. He had looked fine before, but the fur on his legs had become thinner and thinner, and now he was bald in large patches on the insides of his legs and his belly. We went there to pick him up, as he was too stressed to have his ID tag checked on site. Once inside, we could confirm that it was Morris, whom we had helped neuter a few years earlier. In agreement with the owner, we took Morris over, as he doesn't get along with his brother, and that is probably the reason he went away from home. We will now help rehome Morris. He has been seen by our veterinarian and is doing better now, and his fur is starting to grow back. He is tame but a little wary until he trusts someone. He is a charming fellow with a twinkle in his eye, and he has plenty of mischief in his small body once he has relaxed and settled in. Morris has now learned to trust other cats, and he is looking for a home as an only cat or where there is a very gentle cat companion. ❤️

Vi fick fått larm om en katt som till och från hängt hos en kvinna och smitit in för mat. Han såg tidigare bra ut men pälsen på benen har blivit allt tunnare och nu var han kal på stora partier på insidan av benen och buken. Vi åkte dit för att hämta honom då han var för stressad för att kolla id-märkning på plats. Väl inne kunde vi konstatera att det var Morris som vi hjälpt till att kastrera några år tidigare. I överenskommelse med ägaren tog vi över Morris då han inte kommer överens med sin bror och det är antagligen skälet till att han gick hemifrån. Vi ska nu hjälpa till att omplacera Morris. Han har fått träffa vår veterinär och mår nu bättre, pälsen börjar växa tillbaka. Han är tam men lite avvaktande innan han litar på någon. Han är en charmig kille med glimten i ögat och har fullt med bus i sin lilla kropp när han har slappnat av och funnit sig till rätta. Morris har nu lärt sig att lita på andra katter, han söker ett hem som ensamkatt eller där det finns en mycket snäll kattkompis. ❤️
