They explained that they had difficulties, but promised: "We will come back and take her home soon." We believed them. And she seemed to be waiting too. Every time the doors opened, Motya would run to the cage, look at the face of everyone who entered - maybe it was them. Days, weeks, months passed... The people never came back. But Motya still greets everyone with tenderness, as if she believes that one day her real person will come. She has not lost her trust, despite being betrayed. Now we are looking for a home for her where there will no longer be "temporary."

💙💛Київ, область💙💛Мотя, 3 роки. Одного дня до притулку привезли кішечку. Люди, що її привезли, сказали, що це — тимчасово. Вони пояснили, що мають труднощі, але обіцяли: “Ми скоро повернемося й заберемо її додому.” Ми повірили. І вона, здається, теж чекала.
