He does not understand why the door of the house remains closed. Beethoven, a wonderful 7-year-old gentleman, was suddenly left alone. His owners passed away and he remained behind, the last "guardian" of memories in an empty garden. He whimpers softly every night, waiting for a caress that no longer comes. Elderly dogs do not ask for much. They do not want running and intensity. They just want a soft corner, a full bowl and the certainty that they will not die alone. Why adopt an elderly dog? It knows what it means to have a home and rules. He is calm, wise and immensely grateful. The love given by a creature saved at the last minute cannot be compared to anything. Οι ιδιοκτήτες του έφυγαν από τη ζωή και εκείνος απέμεινε πίσω, ο τελευταίος «φύλακας» αναμνήσεων σε έναν άδειο κήπο. Κλαίει σιγανά κάθε βράδυ, περιμένοντας ένα χάδι που δεν έρχεται πια.Οι ηλικιωμένοι σκύλοι δεν ζητούν πολλά. Δεν θέλουν τρέξιμο και ένταση. Ζητούν μόνο μια μαλακή γωνιά, ένα γεμάτο μπολ και τη βεβαιότητα ότι δεν θα πεθάνουν μόνοι. Γιατί να υιοθετήσετε έναν ηλικιωμένο σκύλο; Ξέρει τι θα πει σπίτι και κανόνες.Είναι ήρεμος, σοφός και απέραντα ευγνώμων.Η αγάπη που δίνει ένα πλάσμα που σώθηκε την τελευταία στιγμή, δεν συγκρίνεται με τίποτα.
