Mr. & Mrs. Flodder

These two little wonders, approximately 8 weeks old, were found late in the evening on June 19, 2026, at a bus stop. Shortly thereafter, they were immediately taken into care by one of our staff members. They were covered with ticks, fleas, ear mites—and the girl had a damaged eye. At present, we still don’t know how the girl’s eye will develop or whether it can be saved at all. However, she has absolutely no impairment and is doing very well with her remaining, functioning eye. The two— a boy and a girl—are otherwise in top shape and play like little hunters. They are incredibly cuddly and very lively kittens. They’ll continue to receive medical care with us, and once they’re ready, they’ll move into their new homes. We’d be happy to arrange for them to have outdoor access as well. Meanwhile, the treatment is going well, and Mrs. Flodder’s eye is also steadily improving.

Diese zwei kleinen Wunder im Alter von ca. 8 Wochen wurden spät Abends am 19.06.2026 in einer Bushaltestelle gefunden. Kurz darauf kamen die zwei sofort in Pflege bei einer Mitarbeiterin unter. Voll mit Zecken, Flöhen, Ohrmilben und das Mädchen mit einem kaputten Auge. Aktuell wissen wir noch nicht wie sich das Auge bei dem Mädel entwickeln wird und ob es überhaupt noch zu retten ist. Sie hat aber absolut keine Einschränkung und kommt sehr gut mit einem sehenden Auge klar. Die zwei, ein Junge und ein Mädel, sind ansonsten top fit und spielen wie kleine Jäger. Sie sind super verschmust und sehr aufgeweckte Kätzchen. Sie werden erst noch weiter bei uns medizinisch versorgt und dürfen, wenn sie soweit fertig sind, in ihr neues Zuhause ziehen. Gerne auch mit Freigang. Inzwischen ist die Behandlung gut angeschlagen und auch das Auge bei Mrs. Flodder verbessert sich zusehends.
