Cat Myrthe was born around 2022 and came to us as a found cat on January 26, 2026, from Delbrück. We noticed that she was already spayed, but she showed no other distinctive signs. Unfortunately, she was not missed. At first, we thought she was a feral house cat, but she’s not as shy as we initially thought. If you approach Myrthe with calmness and caution, you can pet her, and she even enjoys it. Only when there are sudden movements does she become suspicious, startles, and hisses. She reacts the same way to other cats. If they are calm and relaxed, she even seeks their company. If they are frenzied and pushy like most of the kittens here, she hisses at them too. Our visitors rarely see Myrthe, as she is always hidden under some blanket somewhere. She definitely seeks a quiet home where she can also go out later.

Katze Myrthe ist ca. 2022 geboren und kam als Fundkatze am 26.01.2026 aus Delbrück zu uns. Wir stellten fest, dass sie bereits kastriert war, aber sonst keine Merkmale aufzeigte. Vermisst wurde sie leider auch nicht. Anfangs dachten wir, dass sie eine verwilderte Hauskatze ist, aber so scheu ist sie gar nicht., Nähert man sich Myrthe mit Ruhe und Vorsicht, kann man sie durchaus streicheln und sie genießt es auch. Nur bei raschen Bewegungen wird sie noch misstrauisch, schreckt zusammen und faucht. Ebenso reagiert sie auf andere Katzen. Sind diese ruhig und gelassen, sucht sie sogar deren Nähe. Sind sie hektisch und aufdringlich wie die meisten Jungkatzen hier, faucht sie auch diese an. Myrthe bekommen unsere Besucher kaum zu Gesicht, weil sie immer versteckt unter irgendwelchen Decken liegt. Sie sucht auf jeden Fall einen ruhigen Haushalt mit der Option auch später rausgehen zu können.
