She was shot multiple times in her home country Bosnia and can no longer move her hind legs. In Germany, the lead bullets were removed. Unfortunately, she is incontinently affected by the incident. History: Nadja arrived at our animal shelter in October 2022. For a while, she lived for several months at a foster home. There, she got to know children and other dogs and showed no abnormalities. Unfortunately, the foster home could no longer take care of Nadja, so she returned to us at the animal shelter. At the animal shelter, all medical issues were clarified. Nadja has no pain, but also no chance of ever being able to walk again. However, it seems to make no difference to her; she is as active as any other dog here. She can move around wonderfully and very quickly even without the wheelchair. She is full of life and enthusiasm and shows us every day that her "impairment" means nothing to her. Nadja is a very social and people-oriented female dog. She loves everything and everyone! When it comes to dogs, she decides based on sympathy, but only shows it through loud barking. Derzeitiger Aufenthaltsort: Tierschutzverein Rosenheim e.V. Medizinische Infos: Nadja ist auf einen Rollwagen angewiesen. Sie wurde in ihrem Heimatland Bosnien mehrfach angeschossen und kann seitdem ihre Hinterbeine nicht mehr bewegen. In Deutschland wurden ihr noch Bleikugeln entfernt. Leider ist sie durch den Vorfall inkontinent. Historie: Nadja kam im Oktober 2022 zu uns ins Tierheim. Zwischenzeitlich lebte sie einmal für einige Monate auf einer Pflegestelle. Dort lernte sie Kinder und andere Hunde kennen und zeigte überhaupt keine Auffälligkeiten. Leider konnte sich die Pflegestelle nicht mehr weiter um Nadja kümmern, daher kam sie wieder zurück zu uns ins Tierheim. Im Tierheim wurde medizinisch alles abgeklärt. Nadja hat keine Schmerzen, allerdings auch keine Chancen darauf, jemals laufen zu können. Ihr scheint dies aber keine Probleme zu machen, sie ist genauso aktiv wie jeder andere Hund hier. Auch ohne Rollwagen kann sie sich wunderbar und sehr schnell fortbewegen. Sie steckt voller Lebensmut und Lebenswillen und zeigt uns jeden Tag aufs Neue, dass ihr ihre „Beeinträchtigung“ überhaupt nichts ausmacht. Nadja ist eine sehr gesellige und menschenbezogene Hündin. Sie liebt einfach alles und jeden!
