Nala Nala 18.09.2026 1 Nala Nala 18.09.2026 5 18.09.2026 The little Nala is now part of the Boxer Nothilfe family. Nala came to us due to overwork and is now looking for her forever home. We experience the young Nala as a dynamic, athletic Boxer who immediately captivates with her open and friendly nature. Nala is eager to learn, curious and simply wants to discover the world. The well-known mix of very high energy level, gross motor skills and pure joy of life. We see absolutely active and relaxed people by Nala's side who can provide the corresponding mental and physical exertion and continue the education with clear rules. The little one already masters the basic commands well and likes to accompany you in the car. Due to her bad experiences, we wish for Nala a family without small children. Teenagers who treat their new roommate with respect, on the other hand, can imagine us well. So far, Nala has lived without fellow dogs. Since we see Nala here as compatible with males, life by the side of a cool, castrated male could be conceivable. Our sweet one is waiting in Saxony-Anhalt, postcode 39649, and is looking forward to your completed interest form. Contact: Annett List E-mail: Spenden Boxer Nothilfe Deutschland e.V. Kontakt: Annett List E-Mail: Spenden Boxer Nothilfe Deutschland e.V. Volksbank in Ostwestfalen eG ACHTUNG: Neues Konto beachten! About Nala

What life with Nala looks like

Nala is a puppy/kitten dog waiting at Boxer Nothilfe Deutschland in Hiddenhausen.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇩🇪Adopting from Germany

German rescues typically require an in-person home visit (Vorkontrolle) or detailed video home check before approving adoption. Animals leave the shelter sterilized, microchipped, and with a valid EU pet passport. Adoption fees usually fall between €250 and €450, covering veterinary preparation.

Frequently asked

Adopting Nala, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Nala?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Boxer Nothilfe Deutschland handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Nala on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Nala if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Boxer Nothilfe Deutschland will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Nala already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Nala isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Boxer Nothilfe Deutschland early rather than rehoming privately; they know Nala and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
