Her story: This pretty puppy dream has the beautiful name Nargiz. The name might be Persian, where it is associated with narcissus, symbolizing beauty and purity. Nargiz is just at the beginning of her life and has her whole prime ahead of her. Currently, she is primarily an active young female dog, zipping around the place and curiously exploring the – in the shelter unfortunately limited – environment. She seems to be a carefree puppy, but that wasn't always the case. Since her birth, the dear treasure was in a survival struggle. Together with her mother Chara and her siblings Tacci, Cooki, Susi, Gäa, and Smile, Nargiz was found on a landfill. Mother Chara was emaciated, exhausted, and weakened by a lung infection. Because she barely found food herself, she didn't have enough milk for her six puppies. Luckily, the seven-member family was found in time and brought to our private shelter in Zalau, where our animal welfare workers* are doing their best to fatten them up. Here they are in safety, but a Romanian shelter is not a place where puppies should grow up. Here, there is a lack of space to run around, the loving companionship of a family, and a warm dog bed. Therefore, we hope very much that the cute Nargiz and her siblings will find a home quickly and leave the cold shelter behind. Nargiz is a treasure in various shades of caramel with a few small black accents on her tail and snout. She also has highlights in creamy white like her paws, her belly, and her snout, which continues as a fine white patch giving her head an extra magical look. Don't forget the cheeky freckles on her nose. When fully grown, the little lady will probably be medium-sized. Her mother Chara is about 42 cm tall, but we think her offspring will overtake her. Nargiz is a typical puppy – always on an exploration tour and open to adventures. She is here getting along well with other dogs, but has not yet been introduced to cats. The sweet baby is just at the beginning of her journey at three months old. Nargiz has not yet known a sofa or the rules of cohabitation. She is a rough diamond with a big heart, looking for people who will go through the puppy chaos with her. Yes, there will be puddles and chewed-up shoes, but that's part of it. With her curiosity, Nargiz will quickly learn and soon make progress on her way to becoming an adult female dog. On this path, Nargiz will surely also go through the typical rebellious phase of puberty. When her ears are on a "through and through" tour, humor and a long breath will help. A positively working dog training class by your side will support you in mastering this wild time. At the end, the most beautiful gift awaits: a deep bond with a female dog who bloomed with you and will accompany you for the rest of your life. Are you looking for a lifelong companion? Ihre Geschichte: Dieser hübsche Welpentraum hört auf den wunderschönen Namen Nargiz. Möglicherweise stammt der Name aus Persien, wo er mit der Narzisse verbunden ist und Schönheit sowie Reinheit symbolisiert. Nargiz steht noch ganz am Anfang ihres Lebens und hat ihre gesamte Blütezeit vor sich. Derzeit ist sie vor allem eins: eine aktive junge Hündin, die welpentypisch durch die Gegend saust und neugierig die – im Shelter leider begrenzte – Umwelt erkundet. Sie scheint ein unbeschwertes Hundekind zu sein, was jedoch nicht immer so war. Seit ihrer Geburt befand sich der liebe Schatz im Überlebenskampf. Gemeinsam mit ihrer Mama Chara und ihren Geschwistern Tacci, Cooki, Susi, Gäa und Smile wurde Nargiz auf einer Müllhalde gefunden. Mama Chara war ausgemergelt, erschöpft und durch eine Lungenentzündung geschwächt. Weil sie selbst kaum Futter fand, hatte sie nicht genug Milch für ihre sechs Welpen. Zum Glück wurde die siebenköpfige Familie rechtzeitig gefunden und in unser privates Shelter in Zalau gebracht, wo unsere Tierschützer*innen ihr Bestes geben, um sie aufzupäppeln. Hier sind sie in Sicherheit, aber ein rumänisches Shelter ist kein Ort, an dem Welpen aufwachsen sollten. Hier fehlen der Platz zum Toben, die liebevolle Begleitung einer Familie und ein warmes Hundebett. Daher hoffen wir sehr, dass die niedliche Nargiz und ihre Geschwister schnell ein Zuhause finden und das kalte Shelter hinter sich lassen können. Nargiz ist ein Schatz in verschiedenen Karamelltönen mit ein paar kleinen schwarzen Akzenten an der Rute und am Schnäuzchen. Dazu kommen Highlights in Sahneweiß wie die Pfötchen, ihr Lätzchen sowie ihre Schnute, die als feine weiße Blesse weiterläuft und ihrem Köpfchen ein extra zauberhaftes Aussehen verleiht. Nicht zu vergessen sind die kecken Sommersprossen auf der Nase. Ausgewachsen wird die kleine Dame vermutlich mittelgroß werden. Ihre Mama Chara ist ca. 42 cm hoch, aber wir denken, dass ihre Sprösslinge sie überholen werden. Nargiz ist ein typischer Welpe – immer auf Entdeckungstour und offen für Abenteuer. Sie ist hier gut verträglich mit anderen Hunden, wurde bisher jedoch noch nicht mit Katzen bekannt gemacht. Der süße Fratz steht mit ihren drei Monaten noch ganz am Anfang ihrer Reise. Nargiz kennt bisher weder ein Sofa noch die Regeln des Zusammenlebens. Sie ist ein Rohdiamant mit einem riesigen Herzen, der Menschen sucht, die gemeinsam mit ihr das Welpen-Chaos durchstehen. Ja, es wird Pfützen und zerkaute Schuhe geben, aber das gehört dazu. Mit ihrem Forscherdrang wird Nargiz schnell lernen und sicher bald Fortschritte auf ihrem Weg zur erwachsenen Hündin machen. Auf diesem Weg wird Nargiz sicher auch die typische Rebellenphase der Pubertät durchlaufen. Wenn die Ohren dann mal „auf Durchzug“ stehen, helfen Humor und ein langer Atem. Eine positiv arbeitende Hundeschule an eurer Seite unterstützt euch dabei, diese wilde Zeit zu meistern.
