Zusammen mit ihren beiden Söhnen Chalin und Nalu wurde sie von den Hundefängern des Public Shelters gefangen. Diese Erfahrung hat die Hündin geprägt. Unser Besuch im Februar 2024: Wir konnten bei Nava keinerlei Veränderungen feststellen. Sie war immer noch sehr ängstlich und nahm Leckelis nur, wenn wir sie ihr zuwarfen. Wenn man sich ihr näherte und sie anfassen wollte, zeigte sie Zähne. Unser Besuch im August 2022: Auch bei diesem Besuch konnten wir keinerlei Veränderungen feststellen. Nava verhielt sich wie zuvor und nahm und nahm Leckerlis von uns, die wir zuwarfen. Unser Besuch im Dezember 2021: Als wir Nava im Dezember 2021 erneut besuchten, bellte sie uns an, als wir vor ihrem Zwinger standen. Nachdem wir zu ihr reingingen, flüchtete sich Nava in ihre Hütte. Sie nahm Leckerlis von uns, die wir ihr zuwarfen. Wir konnten keine wesentlichen Veränderungen zu unserem letzten Besuch feststellen. Unser Besuch im Februar 2020: Als wir sie im Februar 2020 kennen gelernt haben, merkten wir schnell, dass sie eine sehr verunsicherte Hündin ist, denn sie bellte uns an, als wir zu ihrem Zwinger kamen. Als wir eintraten, wich sie vor uns zurück. Annäherungsversuchen wich sie aus, nahm aber Leckerlis von uns an, wenn wir sie ihr zuwarfen. Wichtige Information: Nala braucht Menschen, die schon Erfahrung mit unsicheren und ängstlichen Hunden haben, die ausreichend Zeit und Geduld haben, um Nala gut in ihren neuen Alltag zu integrieren. Da Nala noch nicht viel hat kennenlernen können, muss sie noch einiges lernen. Wir wünschen uns für Nala, dass sie ihren Liebsten bald vertrauen kann, um ein Leben mit Zuneigung, Geborgenheit und in Sicherheit zu genießen.
