Neelo currently lives in his foster home in Germany and is still very cautious and shy around strangers. Therefore, potential adopters should be aware of what it means to give a fearful dog time, patience and security. Those who approach Neelo without pressure and give him the opportunity to build trust at his own pace will quickly realize what a wonderful dog lies within him. At his foster family's home, he is now open, affectionate and incredibly loving. He is a really great young dog - sweet, playful and simultaneously pleasantly calm. Neelo enjoys the company of his humans, starts playing and curiously explores his surroundings. Every day he makes small but important progress. For Neelo we are looking for experienced and patient people who enjoy working with an insecure dog and lovingly accompany him on his journey. A quiet home without small children is very important for him. A garden is an absolute must, as it may be that Neelo is not yet able to walk on a leash in the first few days. An enclosed outdoor area gives him the necessary time and security to build trust at his own pace. An experienced first dog would be ideal for Neelo, as he strongly relies on other dogs and thus gains additional security. His insecurity is still visible outside: when on a leash, he sometimes barks. The leash training also needs to be practiced and built up calmly. Here he needs people who remain calm and confident and help him get to know new situations safely. Neelo is 1 year old and is just getting to know life in the house. He needs people who let him arrive at his own pace - with patience, understanding and loving consistency. Originally, Neelo was found during a sterilization campaign and brought to safety. The time in the noisy shelter has shaped him - which is why we now wish for him a home where he can finally find peace. Neelo is microchipped, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, has an EU pet passport and can move into his new home after a positive pre-check for a fee. Seine Geschichte: Neelo lebt aktuell in seiner Pflegestelle in Deutschland und begegnet fremden Menschen noch sehr vorsichtig und ängstlich. Interessenten sollten sich deshalb bewusst sein, was es bedeutet, einem Angsthund Zeit, Geduld und Sicherheit zu schenken. Wer Neelo jedoch ohne Druck begegnet und ihm die Möglichkeit gibt, in seinem eigenen Tempo Vertrauen aufzubauen, wird schnell merken, was für ein wunderbarer Hund in ihm steckt. Bei seiner Pflegefamilie zeigt er sich inzwischen offen, anhänglich und unglaublich verschmust. Er ist ein richtig toller junger Hund – süß, verspielt und gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig. Neelo genießt die Nähe zu seinen Menschen, beginnt zu spielen und erkundet neugierig seine Umgebung. Jeden Tag macht er kleine, aber wichtige Fortschritte. Ein sicher eingezäunter Außenbereich gibt ihm die nötige Zeit und Sicherheit, um in seinem Tempo Vertrauen aufzubauen. Ein souveräner Ersthund wäre für Neelo ideal, da er sich stark an anderen Hunden orientiert und dadurch zusätzliche Sicherheit gewinnen kann. Draußen zeigt sich aktuell noch seine Unsicherheit: An der Leine reagiert er teilweise mit Pöbeln. Auch die Leinenführigkeit muss weiterhin in Ruhe geübt und aufgebaut werden. Hier braucht er Menschen, die ruhig und souverän bleiben und ihm helfen, neue Situationen sicher kennenzulernen. Neelo ist 1 Jahr alt und lernt das Leben im Haus erst kennen. Er braucht Menschen, die ihn in seinem Tempo ankommen lassen – mit Geduld, Verständnis und liebevoller Konsequenz. Ursprünglich wurde Neelo im Rahmen einer Kastrationsaktion entdeckt und in Sicherheit gebracht. Die Zeit im lauten Shelter hat ihn geprägt – umso mehr wünschen wir uns für ihn nun ein Zuhause, in dem er endlich zur Ruhe kommen darf. Neelo ist gechipt, geimpft, entfloht und entwurmt, besitzt einen EU-Heimtierausweis und darf nach positiver Vorkontrolle gegen eine Schutzgebühr in sein neues Zuhause ziehen.
