Neoś spędził całe swoje życie przy budzie, na łańcuchu. Pilnował domu, posesji, czy licho wie czego 8-10 długich lat - bo na tyle określono jego wiek. To malutki, niepozorny, przesympatyczny i przyjazny psiak, który być może dzięki temu, że uciekł lub został porzucony – ma szansę jeszcze przeżyć resztę swojego psiego życia tak, jak na to zasługuje każdy pies, od początku. Bardzo byśmy tego mu życzyli. Marzy nam się opiekun dla Neosia, który już nigdy go nie porzuci. On będzie wdzięczny i lojalny. Obserwujemy z jaką radością wita opiekunów i wolontariuszy kiedy ich widzi. Jest pogodny i szczęśliwy, kiedy ma z nimi kontakt. Dodamy jeszcze, że Neoś wychodzi na spacery i lubi je bardzo. Biega z innymi psami na wybiegu w zgodzie. Przed nim jeszcze parę dobrych lat psiego życia. Pomóżmy mu uwierzyć, że człowiek potrafi też być dobry i życie u jego boku może być szczęśliwe i radosne.
