Nero is around 2 years old and is a cross breed. Nero is a large breed, with us due to no fault of his own, possibly with guarding breed mixed into his DNA. He is a very lively, active and playful young man. He is looking for a home without children, as he has never been around them – his size and bouncy nature would be too much for a child. He absolutely loves people when he gets to know them, building bonds with those that he sees regularly and forming relationships through play and affection. He is going to need an active home that can keep up with him, longer walks and plenty of enrichment. He does sometimes struggle with knowing boundaries, he can jump up when excited and also jump around when on the lead! He can be very foody, so training him should be made easier – he will just need someone to put the time and effort into correcting some of these minor issues. Within the right environment, Nero will be an amazing companion and if you are looking for a large and active friend, then he’s the one!
