Hello, here is the loving Niki! My previous owners had health problems and had to surrender me. At the animal shelter, I was thoroughly checked, a bit of tartar was removed, and a blood test was done, everything was great. Now I am waiting to finally be able to lounge on the couch in a quiet, safe home. I am a somewhat shy big guy, and at first, I may hiss and not venture out much. Once I realize that you mean me no harm, I am happy to be cuddled and enjoy it very much. In my previous life, I was a house cat, and the outside world is still a mystery to me, which makes me a bit scared. In my new home, a secure outdoor area or a balcony would be great so I can catch a bit of fresh air, although that is not a must. Getting along with other cats is still a bit of a challenge because I am still getting used to the contact from my old home. In the cat shelter, I have mostly retreated and only come out of my cave rarely, but I have already found a quiet friend with whom I get along well. Archie sits in front of my cave and watches over me, making me feel safe! If I am to move in with an existing cat, then this cat must be calm and well-tempered, otherwise, it will be too much for me. I would prefer to be an individual prince and have you all to myself. I hope I have caught your interest and you will come to visit me soon—I look forward to you!. Hallo, hier ist der liebe Niki! Meine früheren Besitzer hatten leider gesundheitliche Probleme und mussten mich deshalb abgeben. Im Tierheim wurde ich dann erst mal gründlich durchgecheckt, es wurde ein bisschen Zahnstein entfernt und ein Blutbild gemacht, da war aber alles super. Jetzt warte ich darauf, dass ich endlich wieder in einem ruhigen, sicheren Zuhause auf der Couch faulenzen darf. Ich bin ein etwas schüchternes großes Kerlchen, anfangs fauche ich auch mal und traue mich noch nicht wirklich raus. Sobald ich aber merke dass man mir nichts Böses will, lasse ich mich gerne durchkuscheln und genieße das auch sehr. In meinem früheren Leben war ich eine Wohnungskatze, die Welt da draußen kenne ich noch nicht und sie macht mir ein bisschen Angst. In meinem neuen Zuhause wären ein gesicherter Freigang oder Balkon super, damit ich auch mal ein bisschen Frischluft schnappen kann, ein Muss ist das aber nicht. Mit anderen Katzen tue ich mich noch etwas schwer, denn den Kontakt kenne ich aus meinem alten Zuhause noch gar nicht. Hier im Katzenhaus habe ich mich erst mal ziemlich zurückgezogen und komme nur selten aus meiner Höhle raus, habe aber schon einen ruhigen Freund gefunden, mit dem ich mich gut verstehe. Archie sitzt immer vor meiner Höhle und passt auf mich auf, da fühle ich mich sicher! Wenn ich also zu einer bereits vorhandenen Katze ziehen soll, dann müsste diese ruhig und gut verträglich sein, sonst wird mir das schnell zu viel. Am liebsten wäre ich aber Einzelprinz und hätte Euch ganz für mich alleine. Ich hoffe, ich habe Euer Interesse geweckt und Ihr kommt mich bald besuchen - ich freue mich auf Euch!
