Noe

Mixed Breed · Male · Puppy · 3 months

Since he’s been living in the Temporary Home since he was a puppy, he treats it as his own. He accepted without any trouble that he’s one of twenty-odd dogs, embraced this fact, and seems to hope it’ll stay that way forever. Since he’s never known any other life, he doesn’t realize that somewhere else he’d be better off—that he’d start living life to the fullest instead of just going through the motions. That having his own family by his side would mean they’d give him their love and attention exclusively. That life would take on a whole new dimension, with colors far more vivid. That he’d see new things, meet new people, and understand that we truly want what’s best for him. Noe will soon be 1.5 years old. He’s a sizable dog who has always lived indoors. He gets along effortlessly with other dogs. He looks at his temporary caregiver as if she were an image, so he’ll need a few moments to trust a new person. He’s a big dog, but completely non-aggressive. At first contact, he’s a bit reserved, but he quickly overcomes his shyness. It would be wonderful if he could live in a home with a garden, but with a family committed to helping him adjust to his new surroundings and understanding his needs, this isn’t a necessary condition. Noe is neutered and vaccinated, completely ready for a change of address. He’s currently staying in Teresin near Sochaczew. Adoption hotline: 606 854 980

Tel.ws.adopcji : 606 854 980

About Noe

What life with Noe looks like

Noe is a large puppy/kitten mixed breed dog waiting at Fundacja Puszatek in Warszawa.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇵🇱Adopting from Poland

Polish shelters maintain established transport routes to Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Sweden. Animals leave sterilized and chipped. Adoption fees are typically lower than in Western Europe (often €50–€150) but adopters cover transport.

Frequently asked

Adopting Noe, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Noe?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Fundacja Puszatek handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Noe on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Noe if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Fundacja Puszatek will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Noe already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Noe isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Fundacja Puszatek early rather than rehoming privately; they know Noe and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (PL). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
