NOUKY lived on a leash and knew nothing of the outside world for the first part of his life. After being surrendered to the shelter following an investigation, he is not comfortable with strangers, but once he feels safe, he is a happy dog, easy to walk, and very greedy! This trust is earned, and he cannot be adopted without a genuine emotional investment from you. Our team is currently working on his rehabilitation with humans and does not consider him ready for adoption without follow-up with our canine educators. You can toss him treats over the fence, but please do not persist if he seems uncomfortable, and be careful with your fingers, as he will not tolerate them being put through the fence!

Nouky a vécu à l'attache sans rien connaître du monde extérieur pendant toute la première partie de sa vie. Cédé au refuge après enquête, il n'est pas à l'aise avec les inconnus, mais une fois en confiance c'est un chien joyeux, facile à promener et très gourmand ! Cette confiance se mérite et il ne pourra pas être adopté sans un vrai investissement émotionnel de votre part. Notre équipe œuvre actuellement à sa réhabilitation auprès des humains et ne l'estime pas prêt à être adopté sans un suivi avec nos éducatrices canines. Vous pouvez lui jeter des friandises par-dessus la grille mais merci de ne pas insister s'il semble mal à l'aise et attention à vos doigts qu'il ne faut pas mettre à travers la grille!
