Nubia (zusammen mit Hazel & Goldie)

Female · Adult · 5 years

The three charming rabbits—Goldie, Hazel, and Nubia—have found each other and don’t want to be separated under any circumstances. This harmonious trio currently lives in an outdoor enclosure that meets their species-specific needs and is perfectly accustomed to life outdoors. They consist of two females and one neutered male. All three are curious, open-minded, and highly interested in interacting with humans. With a bit of patience, they’ll quickly reveal their friendly and lively personalities. We’re looking for a species-appropriate home for Goldie, Hazel, and Nubia—a home with outdoor access and plenty of space for hopping, digging, and exploring—ideally with people who have experience caring for rabbits. Note on rabbit adoption: Before submitting an inquiry, please carefully read our adoption guidelines for small animals. All our rabbits have undergone veterinary examinations and vaccinations. As a standard procedure, fecal tests have also been conducted. In addition, all bucks undergo a DVT (Digital Volume Tomography) scan to assess the health of their ears.

Frequently asked

Adopting Nubia (zusammen mit Hazel & Goldie), answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Nubia (zusammen mit Hazel & Goldie)?: Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. BMT Tierheim Elisabethenhof handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Nubia (zusammen mit Hazel & Goldie) on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Nubia (zusammen mit Hazel & Goldie) if I live in another country?: Sometimes. Whether a rabbit can move between countries depends on the species and the rules in both countries, and some species need permits or have restrictions. Ask BMT Tierheim Elisabethenhof what paperwork and transport they require, and check the import rules of your country before you commit.
Is Nubia (zusammen mit Hazel & Goldie) already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?: What a rabbit comes with (vet checks, vaccinations, identification, paperwork) varies by shelter and species. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask BMT Tierheim Elisabethenhof directly what is included and what Nubia (zusammen mit Hazel & Goldie) still needs.
What happens if Nubia (zusammen mit Hazel & Goldie) isn't the right fit?: Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with BMT Tierheim Elisabethenhof early rather than rehoming privately; they know Nubia (zusammen mit Hazel & Goldie) and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?: TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
