Olga arrived at our shelter in 2014 after we received an email asking for help. She was found on the street together with two other black kittens. They were raised by the family who contacted us, but because of the large number of abandoned animals and their own limited resources, the family could not care for them permanently. At one point, Olga disappeared for several days, and when she was found, both of her hind legs were broken, most likely after a dog attack. She was placed in veterinary care, where she spent some time with her legs in casts. After recovering, Olga came to our shelter. Olga adapted well to life in the shelter. She is a gentle, affectionate and playful cat who loves human attention. Despite the difficult experience she survived, she has no lasting effects and has remained cheerful and trusting.
