Oliver has been in the refuge since he was a puppy and, sadly, keeps getting overlooked. He’s a sensitive boy who can be quite nervous, especially in new situations and around unfamiliar noises.He will go out for walks with his kennel friend, but the world still feels a bit overwhelming for him. Once Oliver gets to know you, especially in the safety of his kennel, he really starts to relax. He’ll come over for reassurance and you begin to see the sweet, gentle boy he truly is. Oliver just needs someone patient and kind—someone willing to give him the time he needs to build his confidence and show him what a loving home is all about.
