Oreo is a dog with a deep, soulful gaze, marked by a difficult history but carried by an incredible will to live. When he was found, Oreo was living on the street in a heartbreaking state. Already paralyzed in his hindquarters, he had been brutally mistreated and beaten with a stick, left to suffer in pain and indifference. Despite everything he has been through, Oreo has never stopped fighting. His paralysis does not prevent him from living or enjoying life. With the help of an adapted wheelchair, he can move, explore, and keep discovering the world in his own way. Like many animals who have known violence, Oreo took time to trust humans again. He needs gentleness, patience, and people who can respect his pace. Oreo is a sensitive and deeply touching dog. Once he feels secure, he reveals a sweet and endearing personality. His story has moved many people. Actor Greg Guillotin, who is committed to animal welfare, was particularly touched by his journey and chose to sponsor him to help him on his path to a new life. Oreo gets along well with both male and female dogs and enjoys their company. Large and very handsome, he impresses as much with his presence as with his resilience. Today, Oreo needs a patient and caring family, ready to give him the time to adjust and to support him in his daily life, including with his wheelchair. Oreo est un chien au regard profond, marqué par une histoire difficile mais porté par une incroyable force de vie. Lorsqu’il a été retrouvé, Oreo vivait dans la rue dans un état bouleversant. Déjà paralysé de l’arrière-train, il avait été violemment maltraité et battu à coups de bâton, abandonné à la souffrance et à l’indifférence. Malgré tout ce qu’il a traversé, Oreo n’a jamais cessé de se battre. Sa paralysie ne l’empêche pas de vivre ni de profiter de la vie. Avec l’aide d’un chariot adapté, il peut se déplacer, explorer et continuer à découvrir le monde à sa manière. Comme beaucoup d’animaux ayant connu la violence, Oreo a mis du temps à retrouver confiance en l’humain. Il a besoin de douceur, de patience et de personnes capables de respecter son rythme. Oreo est un chien sensible et profondément touchant. Une fois en confiance, il révèle une personnalité douce et attachante. Son histoire a ému de nombreuses personnes. Le comédien Greg Guillotin, engagé dans la cause animale, a été particulièrement touché par son parcours et a choisi de le parrainer afin de l’aider dans son chemin vers une nouvelle vie. Oreo s’entend bien avec les chiens mâles comme les femelles et apprécie leur présence. Grand et très beau, il impressionne autant par sa prestance que par sa résilience.
