Marcus Schenkkel animal shelter's current operation is neither ethically, legally, nor animal welfare acceptable! And this is true for the shelter itself, whether it be here in Hungary or in Austria, where they banned the animal shelter due to the situation. A dog rescuer, who identifies as an animal welfare worker, took in 120-130 dogs into a kennel, with cages, muzzles, and every part of their body. We were there for 60 days, with the hope of changing the situation. Now, about 80 dogs have come out, and 4 have been taken into Noé Animal Shelter for care. Unfortunately, among those who arrived, there is a heart-wrenching, giardia-infected dog, just like the others who were rescued. All of them are half-starved, with bodies full of healed and fresh wounds, scars, and injuries. One of them is severely ill, and the shelter is overcrowded. From the small team, Yumo is still young, born in May 2024, a medium-sized, wire-haired kan. She is kind but quickly responds to petting. She is missing fur in several places on her body and has a broken ear. Upon her arrival, they photographed her for the missing fur and dewormed her. After the administrative proceedings were closed, Yumo, vaccinated, microchipped, and de-wormed, can now be adopted as a family pet.

Mindannyian félénkek, testük gyógyult és friss sebekkel, sebhelyekkel, sérülésekkel van tele. Az egyikőjük súlyos bőrbeteg. A bolhák hemzsegnek bennük.A kis csapatból Yumo még fiatal, 2024. májusi születésű közepes méretű, szálkás szőrű kan. Bátortalan, de a simogatásra hamar oldódik. Testén több helyen szőrhiányos, kopott.
