He currently lives in the private animal shelter run by ADOR in Botoșani (Romania) after he – like so many – was found alone on the street. A friend asked Dana for help because the little guy seemed so sweet, friendly and desperate. Luckily, she took him in… and he immediately won everyone's hearts. Oskar is an absolutely adorable, calm and people-oriented dog. You can tell he probably once lived with people who were good to him – because he seeks closeness, trust and affection. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs: no matter if male dog or female dog – Oskar doesn't just want to be friends with everyone, he also has a little quiet impish streak. With his charming nature, he knows exactly how to bewitch everyone and have them all to himself. He is now neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and ready to finally move into his own home. He has already had a health check locally and will be examined again before his travel arrangements. Nevertheless, Oskar comes from Romania, where diagnostic options are not comparable to those in Germany – so one should always keep in mind that a minor ailment might still appear that was not detected there. He will enter Germany with Traces. What kind of family do we want for Oskar? Oskar is a relaxed companion who doesn't need long hikes or athletic feats. Der kleine Oskar ist etwa 30 cm groß und wurde vermutlich 2021 geboren. Aktuell lebt er im privaten Tierheim von ADOR in Botoșani (Rumänien), nachdem er – wie so viele – alleine auf der Straße gefunden wurde. Ein Freund bat Dana um Hilfe, weil der kleine Kerl so lieb, freundlich und verzweifelt wirkte. Zum Glück hat sie ihn aufgenommen… und er hat sofort alle Herzen erobert. Oskar ist ein absolut herzallerlieber, ruhiger und menschenbezogener Hund. Man merkt ihm an, dass er vermutlich schon einmal bei Menschen gelebt hat, die gut zu ihm waren – denn er sucht Nähe, Vertrauen und Zuwendung. Mit anderen Hunden versteht er sich bestens: egal ob Rüde oder Hündin – Oskar möchte nicht nur mit allen befreundet sein, sondern hat auch einen kleinen, stillen Schelm im Nacken sitzen. Mit seinem charmanten Wesen versteht er es nämlich, jeden ganz für sich zu bezirzen. Inzwischen ist er kastriert, geimpft, gechipt und bereit, endlich in sein eigenes Zuhause zu ziehen. Vor Ort wurde er bereits gesundheitlich durchgecheckt und wird auch vor seiner Ausreise noch einmal untersucht. Dennoch kommt Oskar aus Rumänien, wo die diagnostischen Möglichkeiten nicht mit denen in Deutschland vergleichbar sind – daher sollte man immer im Hinterkopf behalten, dass sich eventuell noch ein kleines „Zipperlein“ zeigen kann, das vor Ort nicht erkannt wurde. Er reist mit Traces nach Deutschland ein. Welche Familie wünschen wir uns für Oskar? Oskar ist ein entspannter Begleiter, der keine großen Wanderungen oder sportlichen Höchstleistungen braucht.
