Oslo est arrivé chez nous suite à un abandon. C'est un chien qui a grandi en intérieur et qui connaît donc très peu le monde extérieur. Il est proche de l'humain mais peut réagir fortement à de nombreux stimuli de son environnement, notamment à la présence d'autres chiens, envers lesquels il se montre particulièrement réactif. Il aura besoin d'une personne expérimentée, patiente et bienveillante, capable de lui faire découvrir progressivement le monde extérieur et de l'aider à progresser dans son comportement. Il sait être à l'écoute et a déjà montré de gros progrès mais le chemin sera encore long avant qu'il ait un comportement adapté à une vie normale. Il est joueur et adore passer du temps avec les humains avec qui il se montre affectueux.
