Datum přijetí: 1. 10. 2026 Evidenční číslo: 120/2026 Pohlaví: kocour Narození: červenec 2026 odčervený, očkovaný, FIV a FeLV negativní Osmany pochází z Malčína, kde v jednom místě řešíme situaci bezprizorních kočiček. Osmany je opatrný kocourek, lidem zatím nevěří a drží si odstup. Hledá tedy velmi trpělivé majitele, kteří budou mít čas se mu věnovat a vymazlí si ho. Domov hledá jako čistě domácí, byt nebo RD, se zasíťovanými okny/balkonem aby nedošlo k neštěstí a zároveň si mohl užívat čerstvého vzduchu a sluníčka alespoň takto. Bez malých dětí. Kočičí kamarád podmínkou.

About Osmany

What life with Osmany looks like

Osmany is a small kitten cat waiting at Mikes HB in Havlíčkův Brod.

Kittens are tiny chaos engines for about six months and then mellow rapidly. They need two scheduled feedings, a litter box per cat plus one extra, and somewhere high to climb. Spay/neuter happens around six months — most shelters arrange this before adoption.

🇨🇿Adopting from Czech Republic

Czech shelters (útulky) include sterilization, vaccinations, and microchip ID. The adopter signs a written contract (smlouva) — the shelter may follow up to verify wellbeing.

Frequently asked

Adopting Osmany, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Osmany?: Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Mikes HB handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Osmany on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Osmany if I live in another country?: Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Mikes HB will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Transport is usually a separate cost, so ask for the exact figure before you commit.
Is Osmany already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?: Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Osmany isn't the right fit?: Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Mikes HB early rather than rehoming privately; they know Osmany and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?: TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (CS). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
