He needs a quick human to take in Otto… A blind dog on the street is a tragedy, but a blind dog at an animal shelter is a true drama:( Otto is a wonderful, well-behaved, loved pup! And very poor, in great need… Otto has been a resident at the animal shelter for the homeless for some time. Previously, he wandered the streets, neglected, dirty, emaciated. Otto Niewidek came to himself very quickly, it turned out that he is a PERMANENTLY BLIND ANIMAL. Long ago, he began searching for a better home, unfortunately, his phone remains unanswered. We are looking for a person for Otto. Otto is a gentle, friendly, welcoming dog. He is compatible with some, calm puppies. Medium-sized, "before the knee." Young and happy when he realizes there is a person nearby, he starts wagging his tail without end. Otto can walk on a leash. He has had a procedure to remove one eye.
