Pablo the tomcat and his father Chapo came to us for the first time in December 2025 due to a move. Shortly after, the cats were taken back and then returned in the middle of this year. Until then, the two had to make do with very little space. For Pablo, the lack of space and being "locked up" only strengthened his desire for freedom. He also had to be neutered and initially took out his frustration on his fellow cats. He has since adjusted to his fellow cats. However, his new home should definitely offer the possibility of later outdoor access. He would probably prefer to be a single cat.

Kater Pablo und sein Vater Chapo kamen erstmalig im Dezember 2025 zu uns wegen Umzug. Kurz darauf holte man die Katzen wieder ab um sie dann Mitte diesen Jahres wieder abzugeben. Bis dahin mussten die beiden mit sehr wenig Platz auskommen. Bei Pablo hat gerade der mangelnde Platz und das "Eingesperrt-sein" den Wunsch nach Freiheit umso mehr verstärkt. Er musste zudem noch kastriert werden und hat seinen anfänglichen Frust erst mal an seinen Artgenossen ausgelassen. Inzwischen hat er sich mit seinen Artgenossen arrangiert. Aber in seinem neuen Zuhause sollte auf jeden Fall die Möglichkeit auf späteren Freigang gegeben sein. Er wäre sicherlich auch lieber Einzelkater.
