Panda was brought out of the city to a safe place – into a kennel where he is under supervision and where professionals and trainers work with him. Our goal is to determine his actual condition, provide him with the necessary support, work, and stability – and not to condemn him without giving him a chance. Now we need your help. The costs are high and include veterinary examinations and therapies, neutering, food, boarding at the kennel, and working with trainers.
