Pangolin, Beans, Aardvark & Armadillo

Unknown · Baby

Names: (from left) Pangolin, Beans, Aardvark, Armadillo Species: Fancy mice Sex: Pangolin, Beans & Aardvark – female. Armadillo – neutered male Approx DOB : Pangolin, Aardvark & Armadillo – guesstimate Jan 2026. Beans – guesstimate Nov 2024 Status : Available for adoption Pangolin, Aardvark & Armadillo came into our care after being dumped outside a vets. We had Armadillo neutered so he could be reunited with his friends and they’re now happily back together. Beans joined them shortly after, following the loss of her previous mousey friends. They’re now looking for a home together as a quad! Beans does have a tiny wart on her side which has been checked by one of our exotic vets. This doesn’t currently require any intervention and isn’t causing her any issues, but should it grow larger and become problematic we are happy to cover any related veterinary costs via our usual vets in Chorlton. All 4 mice are quite fast to handle and Aardvark can be a bit nippy if approached quickly. Armadillo is probably the most chilled of the bunch. They all love a nice cosy soft paper nest, lots of hides, and the 2 younger girls are often seen running in the same wheel together which is very cute! Minimum housing requirements: 100x50cm enclosure with plenty of enrichment! Adoption fee: Minimum donation of £80 for the quad (Armadillo cost us £135 to neuter alone!) Please read our Mice advice pages prior to applying to adopt. Apply to Adopt

Frequently asked

Adopting Pangolin, Beans, Aardvark & Armadillo, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Pangolin, Beans, Aardvark & Armadillo?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Tiny Paws MCR handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Pangolin, Beans, Aardvark & Armadillo on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Pangolin, Beans, Aardvark & Armadillo if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Tiny Paws MCR will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. UK adopters: post-Brexit travel into the EU requires an Animal Health Certificate. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Pangolin, Beans, Aardvark & Armadillo already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most animals on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Pangolin, Beans, Aardvark & Armadillo isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Tiny Paws MCR early rather than rehoming privately; they know Pangolin, Beans, Aardvark & Armadillo and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
