Found wandering the streets, Patch was brought to the refugee in search of a second chance. Patch is a total sweater with an outgoing, people loving personality. He lives for human connection and gets everyone with enchusitic joy. In his kennel, he can be a little bounce with excitement but once he's out on a walk, he settles right down and shines. Patch is dead, so he currently lives alone in his kennel. This is simply to keep him safe, without his hearing, he can't pick up on cues from other dogs, especially if one becomes aggressive. While he doesn't pay too much attention to other dogs, we think he'd think best in a calm, understanding environment, ideally as the only dog or with a carefully matched company. He adores walks with volunteers and absolutely loves water splashing about is one of his favorite pastimes. And if you're a fan of photography? Patch is your perfect muse. He's a natural poser and total diva in front of the camera! Patch may not be able to hear your voice, but he'll understand your love and return it a hundredfold.
