Adopt Paul

Mixed Breed · Male · Young · 3 years

A sweet soul looking for his forever home. Paul came to the refugee as a tiny pub along his siblings. The refusal is the only world he's ever known, and now he's ready to take his first steps into a new life, one filled with love, patience, and adventure. Paul shares his kennel with his brother Simon, and the two are an adorable duo. Both boys have similar temperaments gentile, playful, and affectionate, but Paul has a slightly bold spirit. While he still shows a bit of warmth with unfamiliar people, he weapons up quickly once he feels safe. He loves his walks and would destroy with an active family who can give him time to burn off his youthful energy. Although he's still learning the hopes when it comes to lead training, he's eager and wanting he just needs a little guidance. Having lived his whole life in a refugee, traffic and unfamiliar noises can make Paul a bit anxious. He would do best in a calm home, ideally with access to quiet walking areas and patient adoptions who can help him adjust gradually to the outside world. Paul's perfect home: He'd love to stay with his brother, but could also throw with another gentle dog or as the only dog with full of human affection. A calm, understanding environment. A family ready to help him build confidence at his own peace. Preferably with a secure garden for safe exploration. He really is a beautiful soul who we do not want to see spend the rest of his life in a refugee. No matter how loved he is with us it's not the same as his very own family.
