She was left in a box, with a blanket, and a toy, in front of our helper's house. She was heavily soiled but not emaciated and overall in a stable condition. However, this story clearly shows how suddenly and without comment she lost her previous life. Character-wise, Peaches is an exceptionally loving and grateful cat. She is calm, balanced, and very people-oriented. Her affection is shown in her own gentle way, often with small "kisses" as a thank you for attention and closeness. She feels completely at home in the apartment, is house-trained, and enjoys a quiet environment. Peaches likes to play, but in a relaxed, reserved manner. She is not hyperactive but prefers comfortable mental stimulation. She is open and social with other cats, dogs, strangers, and also in new situations. She should not be kept alone, as she greatly values the company of other animals. Peaches is not allowed off-leash. She should enjoy the safety and security of a suitable living environment for apartment living. An enclosed (netted) balcony is required for cat safety. This cat needs outdoor access.

Sie war stark verschmutzt, jedoch nicht abgemagert und insgesamt in einem stabilen Zustand. Dennoch zeigt diese Geschichte deutlich, wie plötzlich und kommentarlos sie ihr bisheriges Leben verloren hat. Charakterlich ist Peaches eine außergewöhnlich liebe und dankbare Katze. Sie ist ruhig, ausgeglichen und sehr menschenbezogen. Ihre Zuneigung zeigt sie auf ihre ganz eigene, sanfte Weise, oft mit kleinen „Küsschen“ als Dank für Aufmerksamkeit und Nähe. Sie fühlt sich in der Wohnung vollkommen wohl, ist stubenrein und genießt eine ruhige Umgebung. Peaches spielt gerne, jedoch auf eine entspannte, zurückhaltende Art.
