Peca was one of the emergency puppies from Almeria. We found nice people who will give her a great home. From the moment of her arrival, it was clear that human and dog had found each other. We are sure that Peca will have a very nice time in her new home. We wish Peca and her new family a worry-free and happy future together. We celebrated Peca's first birthday at her new home on February 2nd, and I thought I would report back. So, she is doing great, she is lively, friendly to all people and other dogs, and she is mainly interested in playing and running around. Food is often not so interesting. We also had her neutered on January 23rd at the practice of Fr. Meyer-Götz, and she handled it all very well. We were surprised how fit she already was on the same evening at the pick-up. This was very different from Ricky, who didn't go near the wound and we didn't need a collar either. We are often approached on the street because of her, and everyone is full of praise. "What a handsome boy," we often hear. She also responds well to "Here," and she can be walked off-leash in the field without a problem. She has also accepted the whistle well. The training sessions and regular training have definitely paid off. At home, she is very cuddly and will lie down next to anyone who is sitting or lying down. Peca war einer der Notfallwelpen aus Almeria. Für sie haben wir nette Menschen gefunden die ihr ein tolles Zuhause geben. Schon bei der Ankunft war uns klar, hier haben sich Mensch und Hund gefunden. Wir sind sicher Peca wird es in ihrem neuen Zuhause sehr schön haben. Wir wünschen Peca und ihrer neuen Familie eine sorgenfreie und glückliche Zukunft miteinander. Post aus dem neuen Zuhause mit Peca haben wir ja jetzt am 2.Februar ihren ersten Geburtstag gefeiert und da dachte ich mir ich berichte mal wieder. Also ihr geht es prächtig, sie ist munter lebhaft, freundlich zu allen Menschen und anderen Hunden und vorrangig am Spielen und Toben interessiert. Futter ist oft nicht so interessant. Wir haben sie auch am 23.1. kastrieren lassen in der Praxis von Fr. Meyer-Götz und die Maus hat alles bestens überstanden. Wir haben uns gewundert wie fit sie schon am gleichen Tag Abends zur Abholung bereits wieder war. Das sah bei Ricky damals ganz anders aus. Sie ging auch nicht an die Wunde und einen Kragen haben wir auch nicht gebraucht. Wir werden oft auf der Strasse wegen ihr angesprochen und alle Welt ist voll des Lobs. „Was ein schönes Kerlchen“ hören wir oft. Sie hört auch gut auf „Hier“ und man kann sie ohne Weiteres ohne Leine im Feld laufen lassen. Die Pfeife hat sie auch gut akzeptiert. Die Trainerstunden und regelmässiges Training haben sich doch ausgezahlt. Zuhause ist sie sehr verschmust und legt sich zu einem sobald man irgendwo sitzt oder liegt.
