Mal compris et parfois mal encadré, il a dû s’adapter à des situations difficiles. Aujourd’hui, il cherche un humain prêt à comprendre son caractère indépendant et à avancer à son rythme. Son adoptant idéal est une personne patiente, qui apprécie les chiens indépendants et qui respectera ses besoins. Quelqu’un de calme qui saura créer une belle complicité avec lui, tout en lui laissant son espace. En raison de divers incidents, Pégase est aujourd’hui promené en muselière. Cependant, il n’y sera pas contraint toute sa vie. Avec du travail à l’aide d’un professionnel et de la patience, un suivi comportemental pourra permettre d’adoucir cette contrainte.
